Production and Delivery Times<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Products ordered by the customer are handcrafted within approximately 2\u20133 weeks from the date payment is received, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.\nOrders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the next available Monday.\nIf the order includes items that are already in stock, they will be shipped immediately and may be delivered within 2\u20133 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipments are made via DHL Express.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once entrusted to the courier, delivery generally takes 1\u20132 business days within Italy and 2\u20135 business days within the European Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For destinations outside the European Union, delivery times may vary between approximately 3 and 10 business days, depending on the destination country and any applicable customs procedures and clearance times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The delivery times provided are estimates and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller or the appointed courier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Seller shall not be held responsible for any delays in production caused by third-party suppliers. In addition, shipments may be subject to delays during periods of high demand, such as holidays or special events.\n\nIn such cases, the Seller will make reasonable efforts to promptly inform the customer. Any such delays shall not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim compensation, as these circumstances have been disclosed in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All products undergo quality inspections before shipment. Any damage resulting from improper use, impacts, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or normal wear and tear shall not be attributed to the Seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For bespoke requests and products not featured in the catalog, production times may vary depending on the complexity of the craftsmanship involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are not available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The estimated turnaround time for repairs is approximately 1 to 3 weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ritiro della merce<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Al ricevimento della spedizione, ti invitiamo a\u00a0verificare l\u2019integrit\u00e0\u00a0della merce. I prodotti verranno consegnati in\u00a0apposito imballaggio. \u00c8 responsabilit\u00e0 del cliente, al momento della consegna e prima di sottoscrivere l\u2019avvenuta ricezione, verificare che l\u2019imballaggio esterno sia\u00a0integro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the external packaging appears damaged or compromised, the customer may refuse delivery by providing a written explanation and sending an email notification to\u00a0clienti@letiziavalenza.it<\/a>accompanied by photographs of the damaged packaging. In such cases, the customer must specify that the refusal is due to \u201cdamaged or compromised packaging\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once delivery has been accepted without reservation, any claims relating to the condition of the external packaging may be more difficult to verify. Customers are therefore advised to carefully inspect the package upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customs Duties and Import Taxes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes, import taxes, or other charges are not included in the product price or in the shipping costs displayed at the time of purchase.\nWhere applicable, such charges shall be borne exclusively by the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authorities or to the courier responsible for delivery.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Seller shall not be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.\nFailure to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable charges, resulting in the detention, return, or destruction of the goods by the relevant authorities, shall not entitle the customer to any refund, compensation, or reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers are therefore encouraged to check with the relevant authorities in their country regarding any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges before placing an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
