Production and Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All Letizia Valenza jewelry pieces are handcrafted and made to order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Production times are approximately 2\u20133 business weeks from payment confirmation, unless the item is already available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Available products will be shipped within approximately 2\u20133 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any delays caused by force majeure, holidays, customs procedures, or periods of high demand shall not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repairs generally require 7\u201314 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, or other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country shall be borne exclusively by the customer. The Seller shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following shall be considered customized products, including but not limited to, jewelry made at the customer's request, custom sizes, personalized engravings, aesthetic modifications, specific gemstone selections, or any other feature created according to the customer's specifications.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For non-customized products, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery by providing written notice to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udce9 <a>clienti@letiziavalenza.it<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returned products must be unused, intact, and returned in their original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Legal Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural wear, accidental impacts, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or failure to follow jewelry care instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
