Intellectual Property Rights
The Seller retains all rights, title, and interest (including copyrights, designs, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights) relating to the materials displayed on social media pages and websites, including, but not limited to, designs, logos, images, graphic elements, videos, and other visual materials (hereinafter referred to as the “Content”).
No content displayed on social media pages or websites shall be interpreted as granting any license or right to use the displayed content. Customers may freely browse the content available on the website, download, view, or use it exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes, provided that all content, copyright notices, and proprietary rights remain unchanged.
Customers are also required to include the following notice on any permitted reproductions:
“© Letizia Valenza. All rights reserved.”
Except as expressly stated above, customers may not modify, adapt, reproduce, alter, distribute, or use the social media pages, websites, or related content for commercial purposes, nor incorporate such content into other websites or online platforms without the Seller’s prior written authorization.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Per qualsiasi controversia derivante o connessa ai presenti Termini e Condizioni Generali (TCG), qualora il cliente rivesta la qualifica di consumatore ai sensi della normativa applicabile, sarà competente il giudice del luogo di residenza o domicilio del consumatore. Per tutti gli altri casi sarà competente in via esclusiva il Foro di Alessandria.
