1.1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions, together with all policies and documents referred to herein (hereinafter “T&Cs”), apply to all orders placed through social networks, private chats, e-mail, websites, and mobile applications owned and/or managed by or on behalf of Letizia Valenza di Letizia Tosetti (VAT No. IT02774430066) and/or any related legal entities.
Before placing an order, customers are invited to carefully read these T&Cs. By purchasing our products, the customer confirms acceptance of:
a. these Terms and Conditions;
b. our Privacy Policy;
c. confirmation of having the legal capacity and minimum age required in their country to enter into binding contracts.
Should there be reason to believe that these requirements are not met, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.

Billing must take place in the destination country of the shipment. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, or import charges imposed by the destination country.
1.3 Amendments to the T&Cs
The Seller reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Any changes shall take effect from the date of publication on the website and shall not apply to orders already confirmed.
2. Acceptance of Orders
2.1 Invitation to Purchase
All products displayed on the Seller’s social media pages and websites constitute an invitation to purchase and do not represent a binding offer.
Acceptance of orders is at the sole discretion of the Seller.
Orders may not be accepted in the following cases, including but not limited to:
a. incomplete or inconsistent orders;
b. missing personalization details
c. payment authorization failure;
d. suspected fraudulent activity;
e. violation of these T&Cs;
f. orders placed by unauthorized resellers or businesses.
If an order is not accepted, the customer will be informed and no payment will be charged.
2.2 Conclusion of the Contract
The contract shall be considered concluded only upon acceptance of the order by the Seller
The customer is required to provide all information necessary to process the order, including customization requests, sizes, metal type, and billing details.
All products are crafted in 18k gold with natural precious gemstones, semi-precious gemstones, or pearls.
Shipments to P.O. boxes, freight forwarding services, or courier depots are not accepted.
Once the order is received, the customer will receive an order confirmation including all purchase details, final price, and shipping/payment information.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Standard sizes used in the absence of specific instructions:
- Bracelets: 17 cm
- Rings: size 14
- Necklaces: 42 cm

3. Prices
3.1 Product Prices
All prices displayed refer exclusively to the product itself. Any additional costs, including shipping fees or payment processing charges, will be clearly indicated before the order confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, provided that confirmed orders remain unaffected.
4. Payments
4.1 Total Price
The total price includes the product cost, shipping fees, and any applicable charges.
Payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
4.2 Payment Methods

Payments made via PayPal are also subject to PayPal’s own terms and privacy policies.
Bank Transfer
Available upon request. Bank details will be provided via e-mail after order confirmation.
4.3 Gift Card
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and will be delivered digitally via e-mail.
5. Production and Delivery
All Letizia Valenza jewelry pieces are handcrafted and made to order.
Production times are approximately 2–3 business weeks from payment confirmation, unless the item is already available.
Available products will be shipped within approximately 2–3 business days.
Any delays caused by force majeure, holidays, customs procedures, or periods of high demand shall not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation rights.
Repairs generally require 7–14 business days.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, or other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country shall be borne exclusively by the customer. The Seller shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order products.
The following shall be considered customized products, including but not limited to, jewelry made at the customer's request, custom sizes, personalized engravings, aesthetic modifications, specific gemstone selections, or any other feature created according to the customer's specifications.
For non-customized products, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery by providing written notice to:
Returned products must be unused, intact, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
7. Legal Warranty
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided under applicable law.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural wear, accidental impacts, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or failure to follow jewelry care instructions.
8. Retention of Title and Unauthorized Resale
8.1 Retention of Title
Products remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.
8.2 Unauthorized Resale
Unauthorized resale or distribution of Letizia Valenza products is strictly prohibited.
The Seller reserves the right to take legal action to protect its rights and intellectual property.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, where the customer qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, jurisdiction shall lie with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile.
For all other cases, the Court of Alessandria, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
